【摘要】目的：观察生活干预联合足浴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取80例肝阳上亢型高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组40例给予规范高血压治疗，治疗组40例在规范高血压治疗基础上，予以生活干预联合足浴，疗程3月。结果：治疗组疾病疗效总有效率95.0%，对照组87.5%，治疗组中医症候积分总有效率90.0%，对照组80.0%，两组比较，均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组血压下降幅度显著于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论：生活干预联合中药足浴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效确切。
